This is the drum set players Latin rhythm. I never find myself reaching for something like this unless I’m on a stage with the music being featured, and not, in the background. It is based in the Afro-Cuban tradition of drum ensemble called Rumba. This is not to be confused with Rhumba, which is a more subdued, background music rhythm.
